Which juicer is the best? I am worried about the quality, not the cost?
Posted by | Under Breville Juicer Sunday Mar 28, 2010I am going on a juice fast, and need to find a high-quality juicer. Something that will leave me with fresh, delicious juice. I am wondering if a juicer can affect how much nutrients are lost? If so, please recommend me a juicer that will have as little nutrients lost as possible. Three juicers that are recommended online are the: Jack LaLanne Juicer,Champion Juicer, and Breville Juicer- all in their latest models. Have you heard of any of them? Are they any good? Out of the three, which is the best? Again, cost is not a concern. Which juicer do you recommend overall (does not have to be out of those three)? Oh, and any juice fasting tips would be great. Thanks!
Thanks!

The Jack La Lane juicer is best. I gives the most juice from the same vegetables & fruits. It’s very easy to clean and maintain. The biggest problem with juicer’s, in general, is that they do their job and eliminate the fiber. Also, you should not juice a quantity of fruit of vegetables that you would not normally eat in a sitting. For example, if you would eat 5 apples, then juice 5 apples. The sugar from fruit can be overwhelming if you juice too many.

The JumpStart juicer I hear is very good.

This is a 9 minute video about Gerson Therapy — one therapy that uses a huge amount of juices and meals of cooked vegetables.
There is a section in the last quarter of the video about the juicer that they use and about its inventor.
This section of the video starts at 6m:37s mark. Keep watching up until the 8m:30s mark or so and you will get the picture.
Champion is really good, it has a more commercial motor, so is Jack Lalane’s.
